Geremy's first performance with "Makusa", a Latin-style band in Kansas City came at the Kansas City "Rhythm and Ribs" jazz festival June 16, 2007. They played on the Pavilion Stage from 8:30pm to 9:30pm ... George Benson and Al Jarreau were on the Main Stage from 7-9pm (first photo), so the crowd was a little sparse at the Pavilion Stage for the first half hour ... then a very large and very enthusiastic crowd rolled in and really enjoyed the performance. The final photo was taken later in the evening, after Makusa had shifted to the Beaumont Beach Club in Westport, where they played from about 10:45 until 2am to a packed house.
